1. Check your batteries in the remote control.
2. If you use universal satellite or cable remote, try to use original TV remote, that came with TV. If Tv responds to "power on" or any other command, TV is working fine.
Your satellite or cable remote may need to be programmed. You can find more information under "useful information" menu on our website.
You can also check your remote control with "camera trick" (Cell phone cameras work just fine)
Turn the digital camera on, all you need to do is look at is the digital screen while performing the process.
Point the remote towards the lens of the camera as you would when pointing the remote towards the TV.
Press and hold any button on the remote while viewing the screen on the camera.
While holding the button on the remote and viewing the digital camera screen if you see a blueish light, that means the infrared signal is working properly.
If none of the steps above worked, your TV is likely having problem with infrared sensor
